PENTA is committed to sustainable building and design, and as such, with each new project we look at ways to build or remodel in context with the project's site and environment. We work with our clients and the designers on completing the necessary steps in achieving your certification goals. PENTA uses the LEED score card sheet as a sustainable opportunity matrix, and incorporates a holistic approach to encompassing site-related issues, water use reduction, optimized energy performance, recycled and renewable materials, indoor environmental air quality, and innovation in design.
Green Building has become an important economic and social component of the building process and every practical effort to include Green Building amenities in a project's development is a responsible and worthwhile effort. As a leader in the construction industry, PENTA has already made a commitment to staying at the forefront of Green Building. Below are a few examples of PENTA's internal effort toward sustainability.
