At PENTA, the best training happens through mentoring. Project engineers and young estimators learn and work directly with company principals, Project Managers, Sr. Estimators and Superintendents. PENTA’s project teams will invest time teaching them how to coordinate, schedule, execute and run safe, high-quality jobs that exceed the client's expectations.

At PENTA, team members are offered many opportunities to continue ongoing professional study and training. Led by our Human Resources Manager, PENTA employees receive training through classes and seminars held both in-house and by professional organizations such as the AGC and FMI (Management Consulting for the Construction Industry).

PENTA also offers career development courses, offering information, advice, training and resources to help employees prosper within their area of expertise both in the short and long term. Company principals’ doors are always open for team members to communicate freely. Training and mentoring occur on a daily basis.
