The PENTA Building Group has implemented a positive safety philosophy on all of our jobsites. We accept only the safest building practices. This goal is achieved through reinforcement that begins from Senior Management to the front line General Foreman, every member of the PENTA team upholds safety as his/her primary concern. It has been our experience that a safe job is a successful one; the site is clean, efficient, and the field employees' motivation levels remain high. The planning and foresight that go into the Project Safety program directly affect all other elements of the project
The project team is responsible for ensuring that jobsite safety drives all other project considerations. We have demonstrated unequivocally from experience that a safely run operation is efficient and cost effective. PENTA accepts with sincerity the obligation to protect our team's safety without exception. PENTA employs aggressive systems to encourage safety for PENTA employees and our subcontractors. All employees are required to have OSHA 10 hour certification and all supervisors and management must sit for OSHA 30. We hold ourselves to the same high expectations we have of our subcontracting team.
